You simply create your own 'widget' (small biz card type badge) or there are very talented moms on the web who will create it for you at a small cost if you are not that savvy (like me). Then you use your credits you accumulate by 'droppping' on other bloogers sites 'widgets' to buy advertising on sites that you personally select. Here is a pic of mine:
I also joined a group on Posh Mama called ENTRECARD PM's. That was a great starter when it all seemed so overwhelming!
Before spending the time to understand Entrecard and 'droppping' several times a day, I had very little traffic to my site. But now by being consistent with the program, I am generating quite a bit of traffic. I like to use the program to explore other sites in my category as well, so Parenting, Family, Womens Lifestyle. It helps the blogs of others if I stop by & leave a comment & ask them to do the same with me. Just 'dropping' & leaving does not really benefit either of us in the long run...that just provides credits.
